- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 9 corn tortillas
Directions:
Oven:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Mix the seasonings together in a small bowl and set aside.
- Stack the tortillas. Cut them in half using a sharp knife, then cut each half again, forming triangle-shaped pieces.
- Place a wire baking rack on the baking sheet. Place half of the tortilla triangles in a single layer on the rack. Spray the top of each tortilla with cooking spray and sprinkle with half of the seasoning mix.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until almost crisp. The chips will finish crisping as they cool. Repeat with the second batch. Enjoy!
Stove Top: (notice the cutting instructions are different)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper.

- Place 3 or 4 tortillas on your skillet. Spray the top of each tortilla with cooking spray (very little!) and sprinkle with half of the seasoning mix.
- Stack the tortillas. Cut them in half using a sharp knife, then cut each half again, forming triangle-shaped pieces.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until almost crisp. The chips will finish crisping as they cool. Repeat with the second batch. Enjoy!
