Cottage Cheese Protein Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 cups oatmeal 
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

Directions :

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Preheat a waffle maker and spray with cooking oil.
  3. Fill the waffle maker with batter and cook according to waffle maker instructions, about 3-4 minutes per waffle.

Makes 4 waffles.
