- 1 cup yogurt – must be plain Greek yogurt unless dairy free see below
- 1/2 cup mixed berries – (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
- 2 tablespoon nuts of choice
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut flakes* optional
DAIRY FREE OPTION
Use coconut, almond, or soy yogurt, and add 1 scoop of protein powder to increase the protein amount.
Directions
- Wash the berries, and if some are too big, chop them into smaller pieces or use frozen.
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt to a mason jar.
- Add half of the chopped fruit.
- Add the remaining yogurt.
- Top with the rest of the mixed berries, nuts, and coconut flakes.
- Seal the lids and store them in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
- When you are ready to eat the yogurt parfaits, simply remove them from the fridge, mix them, and enjoy.
