- 1 Tortilla of choice up to 150 calories*
- 2 tablespoons Hummus
- 1 slice Cheese* optional*
- 4 oz Turkey (6 oz for men)
- 1 Roma tomato
- 1/2 Avocado
- To assemble the wrap, lay the tortilla on a flat, clean surface.
- Spread hummus around the wrap, leaving approx. 1/2 inch around the edge all around.
