Turkey Avocado Hummus Wrap


  • 1 tortilla of choice up to 150 calories*
  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • 1 slice cheese* optional*
  • 4 oz turkey (6 oz for men)
  • 1 roma tomato
  • 1/2 avocado


  1. To assemble the wrap, lay the tortilla on a flat, clean surface.
  2. Spread hummus around the wrap, leaving approx. 1/2 inch around the edge all around.
  3. Add a slice of the sliced cheese, turkey breast, tomato slices, and avocado.
  4. Carefully roll the wrap/tortilla up like a burrito, rolling it as tight as possible. Cut the wrap in half and enjoy!
