- 2 1/2 cup oat flour or regular flour
- 1 cup protein powder
- 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 (15 oz) cans of pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup low sugar applesauce
- 2 cups liquid egg white

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In a very large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Then add the wet ingredients and stir to combine.

Pour the batter into the baking dish and bake until a toothpick comes out clean (about 45-55 minutes). Cool completely before slicing and serving. You can add a scoop of light cool whip if desired* not included in ingredients.
