No Bake Protein Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

DAIRY FREE & GLUTEN FREE MODIFICATIONS INCLUDED

Serves 12

  • 1 cup Oat flour* or regular flour
  • 1 cup Old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup (reduced sugar works great)
  • 1 cup Nut butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate chip
  • 1-2 teaspoons water IF NEEDED
  1. Mix everything together. Form into 12 even-sized cookies.

  2. Add water to get the consistency like cookie dough. This may not be required so add only if needed.

  3. Cookies stay good for up to 2 weeks in the fridge, or up to 3 months in the freezer.
