Ingredients

  • weet onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ottage cheese
  • eek yogurt
  • hopped parsley
  • hopped chive
  • Salt

Directions:

  1. Heat a sauté pan over medium heat. Add olive oil.
  2. Slice the onion and sauté in the warm pan, stirring often, until the onions begin to turn lightly golden.
  3. Add 1/4 cup water to the pan and cook until water cooks off and the onions caramelize.
  4. Add onion and the rest of the ingredients to a blender, food processor, or blender.  Blend until smooth.
  5. Scrape into a serving dish. Top with additional chives or parsley if desired.
  6. Serve with crackers, chips, pita, or veggies and enjoy!
