- weet onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ottage cheese
- eek yogurt
- hopped parsley
- hopped chive
- Salt
Directions:
- Heat a sauté pan over medium heat. Add olive oil.
- Slice the onion and sauté in the warm pan, stirring often, until the onions begin to turn lightly golden.
- Add 1/4 cup water to the pan and cook until water cooks off and the onions caramelize.
- Add onion and the rest of the ingredients to a blender, food processor, or blender. Blend until smooth.
- Scrape into a serving dish. Top with additional chives or parsley if desired.
- Serve with crackers, chips, pita, or veggies and enjoy!
