Ingredients

  • at flour (or any flour)
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
  • alt
  • pplesauce
  • agave
  • mond extract

  • Directions:

  1. Add everything except for the sprinkles to a bowl.
  2. Stir to combine until dough forms. (If you find the dough is too wet or sticky, you can sprinkle dough with additional oat flour until dough forms.)
  3. Add sprinkles and stir until sprinkles are mixed into the cookie dough.

Roll dough into 10 equal-sized balls. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks, or the freezer up to three months.
