DAIRY FREE & GLUTEN FREE MODIFICATIONS INCLUDED
- 1 cup oat flour* or regular flour
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (reduced sugar works great)
- 1 cup nut butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chip
- 1-2 teaspoons water IF NEEDED

Mix everything together. Form into 12 even-sized cookies.

Add water to get the consistency like cookie dough. This may not be required so add only if needed.

Cookies stay good for up to 2 weeks in the fridge, or up to 3 months in the freezer.
