Ingredients: \t 1 tablespoon peanut butter \t 1/2 scoop protein powder (2 tablespoons) \t2 tablespoons yogurt of choice \t 1/4 cup fresh raspberries \t2 Rice cakes Directions: \tMix yogurt with peanut butter and protein powder until smooth. This will become a frosting texture. Add berries into the mix or save for the top. \tSpread the mixture onto the rice cake. You decide on if you want 1 or 2 rice cakes based on your calories but the mixture is essential as it contains the protein and healthy fat needed to keep you full and for your metabolism. \tAdd berries on top if you haven’t mixed them in to the protein frosting and don’t forget to lick the spoon!
