Irene’s Famous Greek Dressing


  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced or 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a mason jar, put on the lid and shake well to combine.
  2. Store in the refrigerator, sealed, for up to three months. Bring to room temperature before using.
