Gluten Free Sour Dough Bread




  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free sourdough starter, gluten-free flour blend, water, salt, sugar, and olive oil.
  2. Mix the ingredients until well combined to form a dough.
  3. Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan or shape into a round loaf and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 4-12 hours, depending on the strength of your sourdough starter.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Bake the bread for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped on the bottom.
  8. Let the bread cool before slicing and serving.
