- 1 scoop of protein from protein powder of choice
- 8 oz water
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 banana using the peel also (you won’t taste it)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon powdered peanut butter

- Add ice to blender for best results.
