Carrot Cake Shake

Ingredients

  • 25g of protein from protein powder of choice
  • 8 oz water
  • 2 carrots or carrot baby food 4oz
  • 1/2 banana using the peel also (you won’t taste it)
  • Dash cinnamon and vanilla extract
  • Dash allspice
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

(Tastes like carrot cake)

Shake Instructions

  1. Add ice to blender for best results.
  2. You will not taste the banana peel. This is a healthy starch that is remarkable for your liver. It has no calories.
  3. The shakes are optional. You can do them daily or up to two times a day with a dinner.
  4. I find that PEA PROTEIN POWDER will bring you best results, but any powder will work.
