1/3 cup almond milk or milk of choice \t 1 tablespoon unsweetened baking cocoa 1/2 teaspoon baking powder \t 1 scoop chocolate casein powder \t 2 egg whites or 2 tablespoons liquid egg whites \t 1 tablespoon flour of choice (oat, almond, or white flour) DIRECTIONS: \t Can top with 1/2 tablespoon natural peanut butter. \t Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Microwave for 3 minutes in a large glass bowl as it will inflate when you cook it. \t Stir it halfway in between cooking. Let cool and add peanut butter topping. *Cooking time may need to be adjusted based on microwave and brand of casein. It should appear raw but not runny. If it is gummy then you cooked it too long. It takes finding the right "cooking time" to perfect this. This can be made with regular whey protein powder but will not have the same effect when eaten at night.
