Directions:
- Wash apples and cut into thin slices. Heat a large sauté pan over medium low heat. Spray with cooking spray and add 1/2 cup water and the apple slices. Cook until apples are just starting to get tender, and water is cooked off. Add cinnamon and maple syrup. Cook for another 1-2 minutes then remove from heat.
- In a medium bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, milk, applesauce, and mix until well combined. Add the apples. Stir in oats, chia seeds and a pinch of salt if desired. Taste and add more maple syrup (or dry sweetener of choice) to preferred sweetness. Divide among 4 glass jars or containers and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy as is, or with a dollop of whipped topping and sprinkle of cinnamon!
