Pork chops 4 (6 oz) Pork chops Marinade \t1 tablespoon Minced ginger \t1 tablespoon Minced garlic \t1/4 cup Soy sauce \t1/4 cup Avocado oil \t1/4 cup Maple syrup Directions: The estimated total time to make this recipe is 10-12 Minutes \tCombine everything for the marinade in a large Ziplock bag. Add the pork chops and massage the bag to coat. Place the bag in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight. \tHeat a large skillet to medium-high heat. Remove pork chops from bag and discard the marinade. Place pork chops in skillet and cook for approximately 4-6 minutes on each side, or until center is no longer pink and the pork chops are lightly browned. \tRemove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before plating and serving.
