Protein Packed Pizza MiniMeal


  • Cottage cheese
  • Marinara sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • fresh basil
  • hredded mozzarella cheese
  • Turkey pepperoni (optional)


Add mushrooms, peppers, olives


  1. Place cottage cheese, marinara, oil, basil, any toppings, and Italian seasoning in a microwave safe bowl. Stir to combine. Microwave for 60 seconds.
  2. Top with mozzarella and pepperoni (if using), then microwave an additional 30-45 seconds, or until warmed through and cheese has melted. Top with Parmesan cheese if desired.
  3. Enjoy with bell peppers, carrots, crackers, or warm pita bread if desired, or eat straight from the bowl with a spoon!
