Ingredients:
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 2/3 cup maple syrup
  • water for assembly

Directions:

The estimated total time to make this recipe is 5-10 Minutes
Makes 12 bites – 2 bites per serving
  1. To make the balls: Mix everything together in a large bowl until well combined. Scoop about 1/8 cup mixture into hands and roll into a ball.
  2. Add a few tablespoons of water if your mix is powdery. Add water until you can roll mixture out like clay.
  3. Continue until batter is gone, (or 12 balls are made). Place protein cookie dough balls in a Tupperware container and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or in the freezer.
