Meatball Lasagna


  • ottage cheese
  • hredded mozzarella
  • armesan cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • eatballs (or homemade)
  • arinara sauce
  • No boil lasagna noodles

  • armesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, and Italian seasoning until everything is combined. Set aside.
  3. To assemble lasagna, spread about 1 cup of pasta sauce onto the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Top with lasagna noodles (uncooked) in a single layer. Spread 1/3 of the cheese mixture on the noodles. Spread 1/3 of the halved meatballs out on the noodles. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese. Top with 1/3 of the remaining sauce. Continue this pattern until you use all the ingredients. Sprinkle the cheese for the topping over top.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes, or until the noodles are cooked and the cheese is bubbly. Allow to cool about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
