Directions:
Stovetop Method: Turn heat to medium high and sauté onions and celery in pot using oil, then add everything else (except turkey). Crockpot Method: Add everything to your crockpot and cook on high 4-6 hours, or low 8-10 hours, or until everything is tender. If you are using raw turkey chicken, take it out of the crockpot at the end and shred, then add it back to the soup and Stir. Season to taste if needed.
