Ingredients: \t3 teaspoons soy sauce or liquid aminos \t3 tablespoons hot sauce (or chili paste) \t1/3 cup water \t2 teaspoons sesame oil \t1 1⁄2 teaspoons sugar \t1 pound beef cubed \t1 cup (1-inch) slices green onions \t1 cup thinly sliced red cabbage \t2 cups thinly sliced button mushrooms \t1 zucchini, thinly sliced \t2 (3 ounce) packages ramen (or Asian rice) noodles, cooked al dente \tReynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F or heat outdoor grill. 2. Mix together the hot sauce, soy sauce/aminos, water, sesame oil and sugar in a large bowl until combined. 3. Place the beef, veggies and cooked ramen noodles into the large bowl with the hot sauce mixture and toss until coated. 4. Place a 2 feet long sheet of Aluminum Foil on a table and place 1/4 of the ramen noodle mixture into the center of the foil. 5. Fold up the ends of foil and then the outside to create a foil packet. Repeat the process 3 more times to make all four packets. Bake in the oven or grill outdoors for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked throughout. Serves 4.
