Ingredients

  • ggs
  • ottage cheese
  • aple syrup or agave
  • anilla extract
  • t flour
  • aking powder
  • alt

Directions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium low heat (check to see if it is hot enough with a splash of water; if it sizzles, it is hot enough).
  3. Spray the pan with cooking spray. Pour about 1/4 cup pancake batter onto hot griddle for each pancake. When pancakes bubbles, flip and cook the other side until golden brown on both sides. Repeat to make 12 pancakes.
  4. Top with topping of choice and serve!

Makes 12 pancakes – 4 pancakes per serving
