Cobb Chicken Salad


For The Chicken:

  • hicken breast
  • alt
  • ater

For The Salad:

  • 2 pieces of bacon
  • reen onions chopped
  • reek yogurt
  • alt
  • pper


  1.  In a crockpot, add in the chicken breasts, salt, and water. Cover and cook on low for about 4-6 hours, or high 2-3 hours (or until cooked through and tender). Once chicken is cooked, remove from the crockpot and let cool. Shred (or cut chicken however you like yours in your chicken salad). Add the chicken to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients in the bowl with the chicken and toss everything together until combined. Serve in a bowl, on a salad, a piece of toast, or with crackers. Enjoy!
