DAIRY FREE & GLUTEN FREE MODIFICATIONS INCLUDED
- 2 cups oat flour or regular flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup low sugar applesauce
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (low sugar works best)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Crumb Topping
- 1 cup oat flour or flour of choice
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9×9 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, mix together the dry ingredients for the cake. Add the wet ingredients and stir to combine. Pour into baking dish

In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the crumb topping. Sprinkle over top of the cake batter until evenly distributed.Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the toothpick comes out clean. Let cool at least 30 minutes before serving.
