Baked French Toast Oatmeal


  • ld fashioned oats
  • lmond milk
  • gg white
  • pplesauce
  • aple extract
  • aking soda
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder
  • innamon

Microwave: Stir everything together in a medium-size bowl, with room at the top so the oats can expand in the microwave without overflowing. Microwave for 2-3 minutes, or until it is cooked through in the center. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an individual baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Stir ingredients together in a small-medium bowl. Pour into baking dish. Bake for 12-18 minutes, or until lightly golden brown on top. (This is a broad range because it will vary based on size of baking dish).
