Apple Autumn Oatmeal & Pumpkin Cinnamon Swirl Baked Oats

The autumn oatmeal is the PERFECT meal for this autumn weather. This is the perfect vibe of autumn but not the cold. Who doesn’t love apple and oatmeal? The perfect combination.

Apple Autumn Oatmeal:

Ingredients:

  • 40 grams raw oats (1/2 cup)

  • 16 grams protein powder (1/2 scoop)

  • 16 grams chia seeds (1 tablespoon)

  • Almond milk

Toppings:

  • 1 apple, diced

  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients EXCEPT protein powder in a pan. Cook until thick/creamy texture and then add in your protein powder and stir.

  2. Add toppings to oatmeal and enjoy with some cinnamon and nut butter!
