Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Blend cottage cheese, feta cheese, buffalo sauce, eggs, and seasonings until smooth in a blender. Pour mixture into a bowl and add cooked chicken, thawed cauliflower rice, and stir to combine. Spread out evenly in baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool slightly and enjoy!
