Vanilla Bean Protein Frappuccino

Ingredients

DAIRY FREE & GLUTEN FREE MODIFICATIONS INCLUDED

Serves 2

  • 1/2 cup Cottage cheese**
  • 1/4 cup protein powder**
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2-4 tablespoons Sweetener of choice *monk fruit or stevia preferred
  • 2 cups Ice
  • 1 cup Almond milk

Directions

Put everything into a blender and blend until a creamy consistency is reached. Split among two cups and top with whipped topping if desired. Enjoy!
