The Easiest Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients

  • hicken tenderloin
  • live oil
  • arlic powder
  • nion powder
  • aprika
  • alt

Alfredo Sauce

  • inced garlic
  • at flour
  • hicken broth
  • lmond milk (or any milk)
  • armesan cheese
  • epper
  • ettuccine pasta

Directions:

For the Chicken:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper.
  3. Toss chicken in oil and spices.
  4. Place chicken on baking sheet pan and roast chicken for 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

For the Fettuccini Alfredo:

  1. While the chicken is cooking, add water to a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Add salt to taste. Once at a rolling boil, add fettuccine.
  3. Stir occasionally so the noodles don’t stick to each other.
  4. Cook for about 10-13 minutes, or until the noodles are al dente (they are best when not overcooked).
  5. Drain and set aside.

  1. Spray the same pot used for your noodles with cooking spray and set over medium heat.
  2. Spray with cooking spray.
  3. Add the garlic and sauté for about one minute.
  4. Add the chicken broth and milk. Let simmer for a minute.
  5. Add oat flour and quickly whisk.
  6. Let simmer for about 5-7 minutes, or until sauce starts to thicken. Reduce heat to low and add the parmesan cheese and pepper.
  7. Stir until the cheese is melted, then remove from heat and toss with the noodles.
