1 cup Plain, Nonfat Greek Yogurt \t½ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk \t2 packets Natural Sweetener (Truvia, stevia, etc.) \t25 Green Grapes \t1 tablespoon peanut butter \t1 tablespoon flaxseeds \t4 Ice Cubes Directions: \tIn a high-speed blender, add the Greek yogurt, milk, sweetener and grapes. \tBlend until you no longer see the grape skins. \tAdd the peanut butter, flaxseeds and ice and blend until completely smooth. \tServe immediately or store in the refrigerator for later.
