- Greek yogurt

Toppings: 2 avocado cubed
Directions:
- Add everything except for the lime juice, Greek yogurt, avocados, and shredded cheese to your crockpot.
- Cook on high 4 hours, or low 8 hours. After cooking, remove chicken from the crockpot and shred. Return chicken to crockpot.
- Add lime juice, Greek yogurt, and shredded cheese. Stir until combined. Let sit for about 10 minutes, then stir again and enjoy with toppings of choice!
- Top with avocado for healthy fat!
