Instant/Crock Pot Crack Chicken Chili


  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • hicken breast
  • orn
  • lack bean
  • ed tomatoes and green chiles
  • hicken broth
  • acon
  • anch seasoning
  • umin
  • hili powder
  • ream cheese
  • Greek yogurt


  1. Place everything except for cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and optional toppings into crockpot or Instant pot insert. Cover and cook on high 4 hours, or low 8 hours in a crockpot, or cover and cook on manual high heat for 15 minutes in an instant pot. Let pressure release naturally.
  2. Remove chicken from pot and shred with 2 forks. Return to slow cooker or instant pot. Stir cream cheese and yogurt into chili. Cook on high, or sauté an additional 5-10 minutes until everything is melted together and creamy. Enjoy with cheese and green onions, if desired.
