- 2 cups raw oatmeal
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 2 yolks
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 bananas or 1 cup low sugar applesauce * Mix/add flavors (blueberries, almonds, Craisins, walnuts)
Mix ingredients together. Bake at 325°F for 12 minutes. Do not over-bake. They will appear undercooked at 12 minutes. Steel cut oats will not work with this recipe. Makes 12.
