- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 8 chicken boneless chicken breasts
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Pour over chicken (or pork) and allow to marinate in the refrigerator 2 hours or longer. Grill, roast, bake or prepare as you normally would. Enjoy as the protein portion of your meal!
