The family wants cheeseburgers, but you don’t want to feel guilty eating one; make this cheeseburger pie, and it will become a favorite!! An easy recipe that can be made earlier in the day and thrown in the oven during crazy weekday nights.
- 1 pound lean ground beef or turkey
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup of Original Bisquick mix (gluten-free available)
- 1/2 cup egg whites
Directions:

Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

Spray a 9-inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray

Cook meat of choice and chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until the meat is brown. Drain excess fat.

Stir in salt, garlic powder, and Worcester sauce, and then spread it in the pie plate.

Next, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the meat of your choice.

In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and bisquick. Make sure you try to get as many lumps out as you can. Pour over the meat mixture.

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
