In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the ﬁrst 9 ingredients. 2. Add the shrimp, seal bag and turn to coat. 3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 4. On 4 metal (or soaked wooden) skewers, thread shrimp and lemon wedges. 5. Preheat grill to medium heat. 6. Grill covered over medium heat or broil 4 inches from heat for 5-8 minutes or until shrimp turns pink, turning once. 7. While shrimp is grilling, cook rice according to package directions. 8. Serve shrimp skewers over hot rice. Serve with vegetables of choice. Steamed, grilled, sautéed or roasted.
