30-Day Fast

A 30-day fast designed to help with weight loss, insulin resistance, chronic health conditions, and insulin resistance.

Here are some additional tips for following a 30-day fast program:

  • Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water, unsweetened tea, and coffee.
  • Listen to your body. If you feel lightheaded, dizzy, or nauseous, break your fast.
  • Get plenty of rest. Fasting can be tiring, so make sure to get plenty of sleep.
  • Stay positive. Fasting can be challenging, but it is also an opportunity to improve your health and well-being.

This is an optional add-on program that is not available to everyone.

  • Members who are Infinity Plus or Functional Medical Members will still need to register for the program, but there is no additional charge.
  • Regular Infinity members have special member rate!  You will only see the price you qualify for.
  • Program modules begin September 15 but start at anytime!
